How to Play Piano Online with Friends
Get started in under a minute.
1 Open PianoFlow
Go to pianoflow.net in any modern browser. PianoFlow works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and etc.
2 Enable Audio
Click anywhere while in room. Browsers require a user gesture before they allow sound to play — this one click unlocks everything.
3 Choose a Soundfont
Use the Soundfont dropdown to pick a piano sound. Each option loads a different set of high-quality samples.
4 Play
You have several ways to play:
- Computer keyboard
- Mouse
- MIDI keyboard
5 Invite Friends
Share the page URL with anyone you want to play with. They will join the same room and hear everything in real time.
- Open the room menu
- Type a room name and an optional password.
- Click create room.
- Share the room name (and password if set) with your friends.
Tips for the Best Experience
- Use headphones for clearer piano sound and less room echo.
- A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi reduces latency.
- Use a MIDI keyboard for full 88-key range and velocity sensitivity.
